Privacy Policy
Privacy and discretion sit at the heart of everything we do. This policy explains, in plain language, how we collect, use and protect your information.
1. Who we are
Ivory Circle™ Pty Ltd ("Ivory Circle", "we", "us", "our") provides virtual assistant and management services to sex workers across Australia. Our registered address is 368 Sussex St, Sydney, NSW 2000.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us deliver the service you've asked for. Depending on what you use, this may include:
- Identity information (legal name, working name, date of birth, government ID for compliance and age verification).
- Contact details (email, phone, preferred messaging channel).
- Working preferences (hours, services, locations, screening rules, no-go list).
- Booking information (client enquiries we manage on your behalf, deposits collected, calendar entries).
- Payment information (bank/payment account details for payouts; transaction records for our discreet payment service).
- Marketing assets (photos, profile copy, social handles you authorise us to manage).
- Website usage data (basic analytics — page views and referrer; we do not use third-party advertising trackers).
3. How we use it
- To screen and confirm bookings on your behalf.
- To collect and remit payments to you.
- To produce and publish marketing content where you've authorised us to.
- To meet our legal obligations (age verification, AML/KYC where applicable, tax records).
- To improve our service and respond to your enquiries.
4. Discretion & identity protection
We treat your legal identity as confidential by default. Your legal name is never shown to clients. Where you use our discreet payment service, payments are processed under the Ivory Circle company name, not yours. Only the small number of staff who need access for compliance or payouts can see your identity records, and they are bound by confidentiality.
5. Sharing your information
We never sell your information. We share it only when:
- You ask us to (for example, when you authorise us to post on a specific platform).
- It's strictly necessary for a service you've engaged us for (for example, paying out funds to your nominated bank).
- The law requires it (for example, a valid court order).
6. How long we keep it
We keep your records only as long as we need to provide the service and meet our legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records, less for other data). When you leave, we delete or de-identify everything we no longer need within a reasonable period and on request.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent for marketing or other optional uses at any time.
- Make a complaint to us, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
8. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access, and audit trails. No system is perfect, but we treat security as one of our core promises.
9. Cookies
This website uses only the minimum cookies required to function. We don't use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll let you know via email or a notice on this page.
